Yoga + Meditation + Sound Healing in Snow Canyon State Park

We’re so excited to share that Cosmic Flow is now offering sessions at one of our favorite places in Southern Utah - Snow Canyon State Park!

There’s something really special about Snow Canyon… It’s quieter than nearby national parks but just as stunning. The red rock, the lava fields, the soft curves of the sand dunes - it feels wild, peaceful and incredibly grounding.

In Snow Canyon, we have two incredible “classroom” locations - a slot canyon and a sand dune. Practicing yoga inside a slot canyon, surrounded by sandstone walls, brings a sense of peace that’s hard to put into words. Being on top of a warm sand dune feels completely different - open, expansive and full of light. Both experiences feel deeply connected to the land in their own way, and that’s exactly why we love sharing Cosmic Flow here.
