Experience Cosmic Flow On Top of A DeSert Mesa with Sweeping Views of Zion and Sandstone Beneath Your Feet
Located in Virgin, Utah, the Desert Mesa “classroom” is a magical and off-the-beaten-path location on a side of Zion that most visitors never see. Perched on a scenic mesa with sweeping views of Zion’s sandstone cliffs and mesas, this classroom offers an awe-inspiring setting for Cosmic Flow - a private outdoor yoga and meditation experience that blends mindful movement, breath, sound healing and the magic of the desert. It’s incredible for sessions at sunset and beneath the stars, and is definitely our most adventurous location.
This experience begins with a short hike to our scenic Desert Mesa classroom where we’ll begin with a sound bath meditation, move seamlessly into a guided yoga flow and back into a sound bath meditation. At it’s core, Cosmic Flow is a healing practice designed to help you slow down and soak up the medicine of Mother Nature.
Sessions can be customized for all experience levels and can range from gentle restorative practices to energizing flows depending on your preference.

Located in Springdale, Utah just outside the main entrance to Zion National Park, the Riverside Tranquility “classroom” is a stunning and convenient setting for your Cosmic Flow session. Surrounded by the towering cliffs of Zion and beside the river that carved its canyon walls, this peaceful location is especially beautiful in the morning.
With the gentle soundtrack of singing birds and flowing water in the background, this classroom offers the perfect container for Cosmic Flow - a private outdoor yoga, meditation and sound healing experience that blends mindful movement, breath, sound and the magic of Mother Nature to assist you in dropping out from the chaos of the world and tuning into the wisdom of your heart.

Located in Snow Canyon State Park in Ivins, Utah, this “classroom” is surrounded by striking red cliffs, lava rock and open desert landscapes. This breathtaking location provides a beautiful setting for your Cosmic Flow session - a private outdoor yoga, meditation and sound healing experience that connects movement, breath, sound healing and the magic of Southern Utah.
This experience begins with a short walk to a scenic desert classroom where we’ll practice a guided flow designed to help you slow down and fully immerse yourself in Mother Nature. The quiet stillness of Snow Canyon makes it an ideal place to the reset the body, mind and soul.
