Cosmic Flow is a unique private yoga and meditation experience set against the breathtaking backdrop of Zion. Each session is designed to help you connect with Mother Nature and your heart in a way that feels grounding, expansive and deeply nourishing. Whether we meet outdoors surrounded by Zion’s red cliffs or in a cozy indoor space with an amazing view, the experience is always tailored to you.

Many yoga classes are simply about moving through poses - but Cosmic Flow is designed to be something so much more than that. Every session is carefully curated to draw on the magic of Zion, creating space for your group to drop out from the chaos of the world and tune into the wisdom you have within. With years of experience guiding thousands of people from all over the world - and with 200+ five-star reviews - Cosmic Flow has become known for being a deeply transformative, unique and memorable experience.
What sets this practice apart is the attention to detail… From the way the mats are laid out against Zion’s red rock backdrop, to the music, pacing and thoughtful cues that allow each person to feel seen and supported. The experience goes far beyond your average yoga class - it’s a chance to connect with your heart, Mother Nature and each other in a way that stays with you long after your session is over.

Not at all! The majority of people that I share this experience with have either done no or very little yoga. Cosmic Flow is truly for everyone - from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. Every class is personalized, so you’ll feel comfortable, supported and challenged in exactly the right way.

Yes, I provide all the necessary equipment and have everything sat up for you upon arrival. Depending on the season and time of day, all you need to bring with you is a water bottle, sunglasses and a warm layer.

I have two beautiful outdoor classrooms and one lovely indoor classroom to choose from. I am also happy to travel to your vacation rental or event space. Once a session is booked, I send further details about the classroom options.

The best time of day for your session really depends on the time of year. In the summer, morning and evening sessions are absolutely lovely, and in the colder months, midday sessions beneath the sun are the way to go. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me to discuss the perfect time of day for your own private session.

Absolutely. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can adjust day/time as necessary or simply move indoors. Your session is never canceled because of weather - it can just transforms into a cozy, intimate practice in a beautiful space located just outside of the entrance to Zion, with floor to ceiling windows and an amazing view.

I work with you to adapt poses as needed. If you have specific injuries or concerns, just let me know in advance so I can design a safe and supportive practice for you.

Cosmic Flow began as yoga + meditation offerings and has slowly evolved to include so much more! After doing countless sessions beneath the stars, we realized how amazing it would be to be able to look at the cosmos more closely with our guests after their yoga session, and the wonder of the cosmos and our passion for astrophotography led us to invest in a Celestron 8” Dobsonian telescope. Our Yoga + Stargazing offering has become an instant guest favorite.
We also offer Adventure Photoshoots and Charcuterie Picnics, either as add-ons to your Cosmic Flow session, or as stand-alone experiences. Discover more about all of our offferings here.
FAQ: Stargazing

A private stargazing experience is an intimate, guided evening beneath the stars with just your group and your guide. Rather than joining a large, public tour, you’ll have a personalized experience where we can move at your pace, answer your questions and spend more time exploring the night sky. This is what makes our stargazing tours unique… Every tour is 100% private - just your group, no weirdos other than your own.

What we see depends on several factors including the season and moon phase, but there is always something interesting to explore. Depending on the evening, we may look at planets, the Moon, star clusters, nebulae, galaxies, double stars, constellations and even occasional meteors. Some of our favorite objects include Jupiter, the Orion Nebula, the Pleiades, the Beehive Cluster, the Andromeda Galaxy and the Lagoon Nebula.

Yes! We have an 8” Dobsonian telescope that allows us to get a much closer look at many celestial objects than you can see with the naked eye. We also incorporate a digital telescope, which takes vivid images of deep space objects throughout the evening. We send these images to you for you to cherish forever!

Yes! Zion is an Internationally Certified Dark Sky Park… One of the best places in the world for stargazing! Once the sun goes down and your eyes adjust, the night sky becomes incredibly detailed. On a clear, dark night, you can see thousands of stars, the Milky Way stretching across the sky and celestial objects that are almost impossible to see from a city.

Our stargazing location is located in Virgin, Utah. We are also happy to travel to your vacation rental or event space, if it has the appropriate space for a stargazing experience. Once an experience is booked, we send further details about the location.

Yes! Your experience includes a beautiful online gallery of professional astrophotography portraits of your group as well as the images we take of deep space objects throughout the evening.

We provide pretty much everything you need for the evening, including delicious hot cocoa! But we do recommend bringing a layer (or two depending on the time of year) and a water bottle!

A full moon doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t have an amazing stargazing experience. The moon itself becomes one of the most spectacular things to observe through a telescope, and moonlight can beautifully illuminate Zion’s cliffs and landscape. However, bright moonlight makes faint objects and the Milky Way more difficult to see. If your priority is seeing the faintest stars and the Milky Way, we recommend planning your trip closer to the new moon.

Our scenic picnics are a chance to slow down, enjoy good food and take in the beauty of Southern Utah without having to worry about planning or setting everything up yourself. We create a beautiful picnic set-up in a stunning location and provide everything you need to relax and enjoy the experience. Whether you’re celebrating something special or simply want a memorable afternoon in the desert, we’ll take care of the details.

Your picnic includes a thoughtfully curated local charcuterie board with comfortable seating, beautiful tableware and some of the most breathtaking views of Zion in a hidden gem location. We focus on creating something that feels elevated and special while still being relaxed and comfortable.

We can often accommodate dietary restrictions and food preferences with advance notice. Please let us know about any allergies, dietary restrictions or preferences when booking so we can plan accordingly. Because some foods are prepared or packaged in environments that handle common allergens, we cannot always guarantee an allergen-free experience.

Absolutely. Picnics are a beautiful way to celebrate something special in Zion. We can help create a more personalized setup for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, date nights and other milestones. If you have a particular vision, tell us what you’re dreaming up and we’ll see what we can create!

Yes! We love helping create memorable proposals. We can coordinate the picnic setup so that everything is ready when you arrive, while helping you keep the surprise intact. We can also combine your proposal picnic with a professional photoshoot so you have photographs of the moment and the celebration afterward.

Yes! Our experiences are designed to be customizable and are even more amazing when combined. A scenic picnic followed by a private stargazing experience or sunset yoga followed by a scenic picnic are both beautiful ways to turn a picnic into a full Southern Utah experience... Or combine all three for the ultimate evening in Zion!
