Everything Root Cause Clinic’s team and clients need in a central dashboard that’s customized just for RCC. The app is designed to feel calm, clear and effortless, and includes a Client Portal, Client Report Creator, Protocol Creator, Booking Calendar, Packages, Waivers & Forms, a streamlined Order Fulfillment system, plus a polished client portal for ultimate ease of use on the client side.

For the clinic, this app will streamline day-to-day admin tasks for years to come – making processes extremely straightforward and efficient. For clients, the app provides a polished portal that is incredibly easy to use – with their reports, appointments, and a simple daily protocol checklist just a tap away.

Built in 4 weeks, with a 1-hour Zoom meeting each week to update and refine as needed.

Terms

  • 50% deposit to begin; 50% at launch.
  • Weekly 1-hour Zoom meetings are included during the four-week build.
  • After launch, meetings and updates are billed at $100/hour, invoiced monthly; any change over 5 hours is estimated first.
  • Hosting, email, Zoom, payment processing and supplier costs are paid by the clinic directly.
  • The app’s design and code are the copyright of Tyler Webb. Root Cause Clinic is licensed to use the app for its own practice; it may not be copied, resold or reused for any other business without written permission and compensation.
