This immersive outdoor experience blends movement, mindfulness, the awe-inspiring beauty of the desert and the magic of Southern Utah’s dark night sky. Begin your evening with a gentle, all-levels sunset yoga and meditation session surrounded by red rock cliffs and wide-open skies.
As darkness falls, the experience continues with a private guided stargazing session under some of the darkest skies in the country. Learn to identify constellations, planets and seasonal celestial highlights while soaking in the quiet stillness of the desert night.
Stargazing is a highly sought after experience under the dark skies of Southern Utah, but what sets our stargazing offering apart is that every tour is completely private - reserved just for your group. Why Stargazing in Zion Is Unlike Anywhere Else
Zion National Park and the surrounding region are recognized for exceptionally low light pollution. The area sits near several designated International Dark Sky Parks, making it one of the premier stargazing destinations in the American Southwest. On a clear summer night - which is most nights in this high-desert climate - you can see the full arc of the Milky Way with the naked eye.
Our tours take place in carefully chosen locations that maximize your view of the night sky while keeping you close to the beauty of Zion’s landscape. There’s nothing quite like lying back under the stars with the silhouette of ancient sandstone cliffs framing the horizon.
100% Private - Just Your Group
Unlike public group tours, all of our experiences are completely private. No strangers. No crowds. Just your people, incredible views of Zion and .

What People Are Saying
“I could not recommend Cosmic Adventure Co. more! Jaechon was so incredibly kind and easy to work with. The forecast was overcast to potentially clear the days we were in Zion and she kept watch on the predictions and updated me with different times/days she could adjust to so we had the best star gazing experience. It was more than I expected and I am so grateful. The meditation/yoga sound bath was the best guided session I have been a part of. My children had never experienced sound bowls and that was their favorite part. It is a memory my entire family will always have. Tyler was equally kind and great with my entire family but especially my kids. Both he and Jaechon were super engaging with them asking what they knew about stars and what interested them and guiding the experience from there. Looking through the telescope was amazing and the pictures they captured of us under the stars I will treasure.”

"We did the yoga and stargazing experience outside Zion with our family (me, my husband, and our two daughters), and it was such a fun, relaxing evening! Started with easy sunset yoga amid those stunning red cliffs - the instructor made it super chill and kid-friendly, and the kids actually joined in with smiles and giggles. The sound bath part was the absolute highlight - those chimes and bowls echoing off the rocks were incredible and so soothing. The whole family just zoned out and loved it; even the kids stayed calm and peaceful. After dark, we got comfy on blankets and loungers for stargazing. The guide pointed out cool constellations and planets. The sky was clear and full of stars - beautiful views through the telescopes. It was a perfect low-key family activity: no crowds, great energy, and super connected to nature. The sound bath alone made it worth every penny - we'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the team for keeping it awesome and welcoming for kids!"

“We had the most amazing experience doing yoga and stargazing in Zion with Cosmic Adventure! Jaechon was a wonderful human to work with. She communicated in a timely manner and was very helpful explaining everything to me. I felt the value of the experience was well worth the cost she charged. The sound bath yoga was intentional and appropriate for all the levels of yoga experience in my group. We decided to do a sunset yoga session followed by stargazing. The stargazing portion went beyond our expectations in so many ways! We observed celestial sights we have never in our lives saw! Her and Tyler have special equipment that allowed us also to capture some of these experiences in a time-lapsed video and in pictures in which she sent to us as well! I can not say enough about this excursion other than you are missing out if you do not give this a try during your stay in Zion.”
