Cancellation and Refunds
A 75% refund of the total event fee is available for cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event. The remaining 25% is non-refundable and covers coordination, consultation, planning, and preparation performed by Cosmic Adventure Co.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
Weather and Outdoor Experiences
Cosmic Adventure Co. will make every reasonable effort to deliver the scheduled experiences. Outdoor experiences, especially stargazing, may require adjustment, relocation, or rescheduling when conditions make them unsafe or impractical.
If we cancel for weather and cannot reschedule at a mutually agreeable time, the same 75% refund applies.
